National Career Development Conference (NCDC) 2026

The National Career Development Conference (NCDC) is the pinnacle experience for JAG youth to demonstrate their skills, explore career options, connect with employers, and create pathways for their future as members of the JAG Career Association (JAGCA).

This annual national event brings together JAG students from across the country to showcase their skills, compete in career-based events, and participate in leadership development activities. This year’s NCDC will take place April 30 – May 2, 2026, in Salt Lake City, Utah, at The Grand America Hotel.

The conference provides students with opportunities to engage in professional networking, attend workshops, and demonstrate competencies in areas such as public speaking, career preparation, and teamwork. We are proud to share that our students will be participating this year, representing our program at the national level and gaining valuable real-world experience.
